THE SHOP

Hi-Definition Sports Ltd opened on Kirkstall Road Leeds in 2007. Our aim is to provide the best quality and variety of sports nutrition products at the lowest prices. We wanted to do this while providing a friendly personal service for men and women and the best honest advice to help them reach their goals.
 
Whether a customer walks through our doors wanting to lose weight and shape up, build more muscle or increase endurance levels, we have the knowledge and products to do this. So as well as advice on products we like to help with which type of diet and exercise will be most beneficial and safest to do alongside them - obviously free of charge!
 
Hi-Definition has just branched out to Guiseley and will have the same low prices and great location with free parking at the rear as our Kirkstall store has.

KIRKSTALL ROAD

Our Kirkstall Road store is situated next to the Warner Village complex, home to Vue cinema, Hollywood Bowl and Macdonalds so is really easy to find! It is mainly run by myself, Jon Birkett.  I started training at 14 with my father in South Wales and have loved it ever since. I trained through University and went on to compete in 6 bodybuilding shows between 2001 and 2005. During this time I gained a lot of knowledge on how to build muscle quickly and also how to lose fat. I also learnt which products are worth using and can pass this information on to save customers money and time. I will also be working some days in the Guiseley shop too.

GUISELEY
 
The new store in Guiseley is based on Oxford Road behind Aireborough Leisure Centre. You can't miss it! And it has great parking behind. Working here mainly will be Rich Longstaffe. Rich previously had a keen interest in bodybuilding so has a great understanding on how to train and what to eat to get results. His interests recently have taken a shift in to more endurance based training and he was recently accepted into the Parachute Regiment Reserves!
 
Also working between the shops will be Anthony. Anthony also has a great record in bodybuilding shows at only 22 years old. Somehow he always manages to stay really lean and in good shape!!! Feel free to ask him how he does it!
